2. Digital Information Products
2.1. Cooling-Off Period
For digital information products (e-books, reports, guides, video courses), we provide a 14-day 'cooling-off period' from the date of purchase. During this period, you can request a full refund if the product does not meet your expectations.
2.2. Refund Conditions for Digital Products
To receive a refund for a digital information product, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be made within 14 days of purchase;
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number, payment receipt);
- You must briefly state the reason why the product did not meet your expectations;
- You agree to cease using the product and delete all copies after receiving a refund.
2.3. Exceptions for Digital Products
The right to a refund does not apply in the following cases:
- If you explicitly agreed that the digital content would begin to be provided before the standard 14-day cooling-off period expired, and acknowledged that this would affect your right to cancel;
- If the digital product was personalized or adapted specifically for you;
- If the product has been significantly used (for example, more than 30% of a video course viewed or more than 30% of an e-book read).
3. Workshops and Courses
3.1. Cancellation of Scheduled Workshops
For in-person or online workshops and courses, we offer the following cancellation and refund terms:
- Cancellation 14 days or more before the scheduled workshop date — full refund;
- Cancellation between 7 and 13 days before the scheduled date — 50% refund of the amount paid;
- Cancellation less than 7 days before the scheduled date — no refund.
3.2. Workshop Rescheduling
Instead of canceling and requesting a refund, you can reschedule your participation in a workshop to another date (subject to availability) under the following conditions:
- The rescheduling request must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled date;
- The workshop must be attended within 6 months of the originally scheduled date;
- Rescheduling is possible no more than once for one paid workshop.
3.3. Cancellation by ArtisticVision
If we need to cancel a workshop or course due to unforeseen circumstances, instructor illness, or insufficient enrollment, we will offer you the following options:
- Full refund of the amount paid;
- Transfer to another workshop date;
- Credit toward another workshop or product.
4. Art Supplies and Physical Products
4.1. Return Policy
For physical products such as art supplies, merchandise, or printed materials, our return policy is as follows:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product;
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging;
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or was shipped in error.
4.2. Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a prepaid return label and, upon confirmation of the defect, offer a replacement or full refund including original shipping costs.
5. Memberships and Subscriptions
5.1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription to our services at any time through your personal account on our website or by contacting our support service. After cancellation:
- Further regular payments will be stopped;
- You will retain access to services until the end of the current paid period;
- Automatic renewal will not be carried out.
5.2. Refund for Current Subscription Period
For new subscribers, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the time of the first payment. If you are not satisfied with our services during this period, you can request a full refund.
For existing subscribers, a refund for the current paid subscription period is possible in the following cases:
- If the refund request is made within the first 3 days of the current subscription period — proportional refund for the unused portion of the period;
- If our services were unavailable or had significant technical problems for a substantial part of the paid period;
- In exceptional cases at the discretion of our company.
6. Commissioned Artwork
6.1. Deposit and Payment Structure
For commissioned artwork, we typically require a non-refundable deposit (usually 30-50% of the total price) to begin work. This deposit covers initial sketches, concept development, and secures your place in our schedule.
6.2. Cancellation of Commissions
If you need to cancel a commission after work has begun:
- The initial deposit is non-refundable;
- If cancellation occurs after approval of the initial concept but before final execution, you may be charged for work completed up to that point;
- If cancellation occurs after the artwork is substantially complete, full payment may be required.
6.3. Revision Policy
Our commission agreements typically include a specified number of revision rounds. If you are unsatisfied with the artwork after the agreed-upon revision rounds have been completed, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis to determine if a partial refund is appropriate.
7. Refund Process
7.1. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send a refund request by email to [email protected] or through the contact form on our website;
- Provide your full name, email address used for the purchase, and order number;
- Specify the name of the product or service for which a refund is requested;
- Explain the reason for the refund request;
- Indicate your preferred refund method (if applicable).
7.2. Refund Processing Times
We commit to processing refund requests within the following timeframes:
- Confirmation of receipt of the refund request — within 2 business days;
- Decision on the refund request — within 5 business days;

- Postponement of service provision to a later date;
- Replacement with a similar service or product;
- Full or partial refund depending on the circumstances.
8.2. Gift Certificates and Promo Codes
For purchases made using gift certificates or promo codes, the following refund rules apply:
- For a full refund of a purchase paid with a gift certificate, the amount is returned in the form of a new gift certificate;
- Discounts provided through promo codes are not refunded in monetary equivalent;
- For partial refunds, the amount paid in cash is refunded first, followed by the amount paid with a gift certificate.
8.3. Special Offers and Group Discounts
For purchases made as part of special offers or with group discounts:
- Refunds are made based on the amount actually paid, not the original price of the product or service;
- In the case of a group order, a refund to one participant may affect the discount for the rest of the group. In such cases, we will notify all group members of possible changes in cost.

We reserve the right to make changes to this refund policy at any time. Any changes take effect from the moment the updated policy is published on our website. For purchases made before changes are made, the refund policy that was in effect at the time of purchase applies.
